Campervan Hire in Lancashire

Campervan parked by a quiet bay at sunset in Lancashire

Moorlane Campervans offers straightforward rentals for coastal loops, moorland weekends, and steady stretches between Preston, Lancaster, and the Ribble estuary. We focus on practical setups: warm lighting, firm bedding, simple cook gear, and tidy storage so you can settle quickly on day one.

Booking is kept plain: pick a van, choose dates, outline your pickup spot, and we prepare keys and a short handover. No big speeches—just route notes, safety reminders, and answers to the usual questions before you roll out.

About Hire

Rental FAQs

What’s included with each van?

Basic cook set, kettle, two mugs, cleaning kit, torch, first-aid pouch, and level blocks. Bedding packs can be added or you can bring your own.

Where can I collect the van?

Preston is the usual pickup, with options around Lancaster and Chorley by prior note. We’ll confirm exact timing and a simple map pin the day before.

Mileage and roads?

A daily mileage allowance is set at booking. A-roads and motorways are fine; narrow lanes need a slower pace and care with passing places.

Campsites or wild stops?

We share campsite lists and low-key stop ideas where permitted. Local rules vary, so always check signs and leave spaces tidy.

Insurance and deposits?

Standard hire insurance applies to named drivers. A refundable deposit is held during the trip and returned after a fair condition check on return.
